I remember pictures of you sitting on a swing, where you read those news about the upcoming spring. You wore this long shirt that went underneath your knees. That you are likely like me that is what I believed. It was strange but I thought that you almost looked like home. So familiar to me although I never loved the unkown. I couldn't guess, it all would be a success. Because what you did, was to clean up the mess. I guess I found the needle in the hay, it was easy 'cause I just burned it away. I guess, that it was my mistake, because I'd never burn down anything else for your sake. Well, a lightyear measures distance, but no time. I feel you're hundred lightyears away, but I that is fine. And I couldn't guess, you and me was such a mess. Because after all we were no success. Since a year or two you havent been around. You're a stranger in our hometown. And the swing still swings, though other people conquered it. Someone that will likely even really fit it. For the future there's a lesson I have learned. Well, in life you don't really have to be concered. And I couldn't guess, we both would be such a mess. After all we were no success.
